There are so many brands of art supplies out there. Some are better than others but all art supplies can be used to make art. Try to use what you have because money doesn't grow on trees (wish it did!). I collect all kinds of 'junk' and recycle plastic containers, paperboard boxes (like cereal boxes), scraps of paper and even junk mail.
